Ways to Pay Your Bill
1. PAY BY CHECK, by mailing it directly to our office at P. O. Box 287, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Please remember, we go by date of receipt. It may also be placed in the DROP BOX at the drive to the Water Tower (19867 Springdale Road). It is NOT recommended to send cash by mail.
2. AUTO PAY is NOW AVAILABLE! A convenient and easy way to pay your water bill is NOW available! It can save you time, effort and postage! You continue to receive your monthly bill, so you will know the amount of your water bill and how much your financial institution will automatically deduct from your checking or savings account. Deductions will be made around the 15th day of each month.
SIGNING UP IS EASY AND FREE…Complete the EASY PAY AUTHORIZATION form (click on the blue button below), attach a voided check, and bring it to the district office. For security of your financial information, please do not email, fax or mail your information. Please bring it to the office. In order to use the Automatic Withdrawal, your previous balance must be at a $0.
3. ONLINE PAYMENTS-PAYSTAR: Payment may be made by using debit/credit card. You can quickly pay your account with a one-time payment, with no need to register, or you can register your account, setting it up as online WALLET with your payment information to quickly pay. You can even set up AUTOPAY using your card information (although it will have a convenience fee each use). You can set up email reminders so you never forget your payment! Credit/Debit Card Service Fee Pricing Model: Payments $0.01 - $50.00 = Fee $1.95; $50.01 - $100.00 = $2.75; $100.01 - $2,000.00 = 2.75%.
