Lead and Copper

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued regulations requiring all public water supply (PWS) systems to develop a Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) of both water system owned and your privately owned service lines.

Our District is required to submit this inventory to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE).

Please complete this questionnaire to the best of your ability and return IMMEDIATELY to RWD#5, P. O. Box 287, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (along with your next water payment). If you are paying on -line, you may scan it in and email to: RWD5LeavenworthCtyKs@gmail.com .

THANK YOU!
